The Unions are fine, no issue with the product When I got to the store, the website listed 2 in stock.
In the box where they are supposed to be, there was only 1 and it was out of the packaging so no barcode.
I finally found a young man on a lift and asked him for assistance. He came with me and looked up the item. There was a box of them up high in storage.
My frustration is that I simply wanted to walk in, get the 2 unions, check out and go about my day.
I didn’t want this to become such an ordeal. I do realize that customers are picking up fittings, taking them out of the packaging and then putting them back in the wrong place, Thus I think would have an associate in that area to help customers and patrol the bins to ensure other customers like myself are not wasting time.

Was looking for brass union, and other parts for copper system repair. stocks good selection of all necessary components except brass unions. Galvanized union was ok, but not best.

Well made coupling. Seals easily and has good quality threads. Used in a low pressure steam heat system so the galvanized finish should promote longer life that black iron. Don’t expect to ever replace this item in my lifetime.

I bought 2 of these. 1 worked fine – the other one I never got to seal. Eventually gave up and used shark-bite fittings.
