Cancellation Policy

At King Finders, we understand that sometimes plans change. Whether you’ve made an error or simply changed your mind, we aim to make the order cancellation process smooth and straightforward. Please review our policy below to understand how cancellations are handled.

Order Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled free of charge if the request is submitted before the order has been processed or shipped.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00), Monday through Friday

  • Orders placed before this time are processed the same business day

  • Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order to guarantee eligibility

Once your order has entered the production or shipping stage, it cannot be canceled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible:

Include your full name, order number, and a brief message indicating the reason for cancellation. Our team will respond promptly to confirm the status of your request.

After Shipment Cancellation

If your order has already shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may still be eligible to return the item after delivery under our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Products must be in new, unused condition

  • Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receipt

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged

Custom or Personalized Orders

Please note that custom or personalized wood wall art orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started. These pieces are made to order and crafted specifically for you. If you need to cancel a custom order, contact us as soon as possible and we will determine eligibility based on the order status.

Refund Processing for Canceled Orders

Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Once processed:

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5 business days

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful refund

There are no cancellation fees or restocking charges.
