This brass valve is lead-free brass and ideal for gasoline, grease, natural gas, and refrigeration/ac applications. The brass construction makes this fitting corrosion-resistant and is able to be used indoors and outdoors. Flare fittings can be used in conjunction with aluminum tubing, brass pipe, copper tubing & steel hydraulic tubing.

this gas shut off valve Jose simple no-nonsense fit. works very well as a shut off valve at the equipment. remember to purchase the 1/4 pound regulator for most appliances. the shut-off valve will fit in line with the regulator using a close nipple.
