Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Returns received outside the 30-day window may not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us by mail.
Return Shipping Costs

For defective or damaged items, King Finders will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for the same product if it arrives damaged or defective. If you would like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order separately.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Non-Returnable Items
At this time, all of our products are returnable as long as they meet the conditions mentioned above. We do not accept returns on used, damaged (due to customer misuse), or personalized items unless they are faulty.
